Anne Berhe
Anne Berhe is from Los Angeles, CA and graduated from Pomona College with a major in molecular biology. During her time in undergrad, her research interests were focused on infectious diseases and their social and scientific implications. After graduating, she spent two years at the NIH conducting research on malaria in pregnancy. At VP&S, she is an Equity and Justice Fellow, serves as Co-Director of the Asylum Clinic, and leads the Global Health Organization. Anne is interested in pursuing a career in medicine that addresses the systemic inequities that lead to global health disparities, particularly in Sub-Saharan Africa.
